Honasa Consumer Ltd (NSE: HONASA) gained 3.61% to ₹310.05 as of 1:30 pm IST on 13 February, up ₹10.80 from the previous close of ₹299.25, according to exchange data. The stock opened at ₹311.00 and witnessed buying interest after the company reported its December quarter earnings for FY26.

The upside followed the release of quarterly results showing double-digit revenue growth and a sharp improvement in profitability.

Why Honasa Consumer Share Price Moved

For Q3 FY26, Honasa Consumer reported revenue of ₹601.5 crore, marking a 16.23% year-on-year increase from ₹517.5 crore in the same quarter last year. Consolidated net profit rose 92.9% year-on-year to ₹50.2 crore.

The company stated that, after adjusting for the Flipkart settlement impact, overall sales growth stood at 21%, supported by improving demand across its skincare, personal care and digital-first beauty segments.

According to the company, the third quarter marked its highest revenue ever in a single quarter. Total expenses for Honasa Consumer rose by 8.47% to ₹550.31 crore. The company’s core focus categories recorded growth of over 25%, supported by strong consumer demand. Mamaearth also returned to double-digit growth during the quarter, supported by improved product strength and targeted investments, which helped the brand gain market share and build momentum across key categories, the company said in its earnings statement.

The stronger profitability and steady revenue momentum appear to have supported investor sentiment during the session. The stock had closed at ₹299.25 in the previous session, indicating a positive reaction following the earnings disclosure.

Management Commentary

Chairman, CEO & Co-founder Varun Alagh said,

“We remain committed to building scale through disciplined execution and long-term value creation. Our flagship and largest brand, Mamaearth, is back to double-digit growth, driven by product superiority and sharper investments.”

The Derma Co., a leading science-backed skincare brand, continued to scale with a healthy double-digit EBITDA profile and increasing consumer pull, while the company’s younger brands grew over 25%, backed by rising adoption in focus segments.

“As we move ahead, we remain focused on strengthening our margin profile, improving capital efficiency, and building a structurally stronger business that can compound growth sustainably over the long term,” it said.

Adjusted sales growth of 21%, excluding the Flipkart-related impact, suggests underlying demand strength across the product portfolio. Going forward, consistency in revenue growth, margin sustainability, and channel expansion may remain key metrics for investors tracking the company’s performance.

As per disclosures, operational momentum across core categories remains central to its growth strategy.
