Mumbai, April 6: PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Ltd reported a sharp pickup in business in the March quarter. Revenue from operations came in at ₹1,382.14 million in Q4FY26, more than doubling from ₹578.14 million a year ago. That is a headline growth of 139%.

A part of this includes gold-related adjustments, which the company clarifies are incidental. Strip that out, and the core business still grew 96.90% year-on-year.

Stock Market Snapshot

PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Ltd share price rose 5.35% to ₹367.00 as of 15:30 IST on April 6, 2026, compared with ₹348.35 at the previous close, according to exchange data.

The PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Ltd share price reaction suggests investors are beginning to price in sustained growth rather than a one-off strong quarter.

Demand Tailwinds Visible In Festive Sales

Gudi Padwa, a key jewellery buying period, saw revenue of around ₹70 million, compared with roughly ₹20 million last year. That is more than a threefold increase.

Valentine’s Day also added to the momentum, reflecting traction in younger, urban consumers.

Expansion Strategy Remains Measured, Not Aggressive

Growth is not coming only from demand. The company is also expanding, but cautiously.

In March 2026, it added two outlets, one company-owned store and one shop-in-shop. Total store count now stands at 36.

The larger plan is to roll out around 15 COCO stores over the next two years.

Company Background

PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Ltd operates in the branded diamond jewellery space, backed by the long-standing P. N. Gadgil legacy.

It focuses on certified natural diamonds and targets urban consumers looking for design-led, branded offerings.

The business sits at the intersection of aspiration and discretionary spending. Which means growth can be strong, but consistency is what investors track closely.

Conclusion

If the company can sustain this pace while scaling its retail footprint, the narrative may shift from “fast-growing” to “consistently compounding.”
