5paisa Capital submitted its letter of offer for a ₹468.82 crore rights issue priced at ₹300 per share, while shares rose 0.46% in early trade on March 17, 2026.

Mumbai, March 17: 5paisa Capital Limited has submitted its letter of offer for a proposed rights issue aggregating up to ₹468.82 crore, according to an exchange filing.
The company plans to issue 1,56,27,419 fully paid-up equity shares at an issue price of ₹300 per share, including a premium of ₹290 per share. The rights issue will be offered to eligible shareholders in the ratio of one rights equity share for every two fully paid-up equity shares held as on the record date.
The record date for determining shareholder eligibility has been fixed as March 17, 2026. The company stated that the letter of offer dated March 12, 2026 has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited in compliance with applicable regulations.
As per the disclosed schedule, the issue is set to open on March 27, 2026 and close on April 10, 2026, with allotment expected around April 13, 2026.
