Aye Finance Shares Lists at ₹129 on NSE, BSE; Trades at ₹124.74, Down 3.30% from Issue Price Post Listing

Aye Finance made a flat market debut on Monday, listing at ₹129 per share on both the NSE and BSE, matching its IPO issue price. The stock was trading at ₹124.74 at 10:53 AM IST, down ₹4.26 or 3.30% from the issue price, according to exchange data.
The listing follows a ₹1,010 crore book-built public issue that was subscribed 1.04 times at close on February 11, as per exchange data recorded at 6:19:36 PM IST.
Aye Finance Listing Price and Early Trade Snapshot
On the NSE, the equity shares debuted at ₹129 per share, in line with the final issue price of ₹129. During early trade, the stock touched a high of ₹133.80 and a low of ₹120.55.
At 11:37 AM IST, the shares were quoted at ₹125.60, with a traded volume of 6,092,000 shares. The bid–ask spread stood at ₹125.54 / ₹125.59.
On the BSE, the equity shares debuted at ₹129 per share, matching the final issue price of ₹129. During early trade, the stock recorded a high of ₹132.75 and a low of ₹120.60.
At 11:37 AM IST, the shares were quoted at ₹126.00, with a traded volume of 5,397,760 shares. The bid–ask spread stood at ₹125.95/₹126.05.
Aye Finance Issue Structure and Pricing
The IPO consisted of a fresh issue worth up to ₹710 crore and an offer for sale of shares amounting to ₹300 crore, taking the total issue size to ₹1,010 crore.
In terms of share numbers, the fresh issue comprised 5,50,38,759 equity shares, while the offer for sale included 2,32,55,812 shares. Each equity share has a face value of ₹2.
Aye Finance IPO bidding started from February 9, 2026, and ended on February 11, 2026. The allotment for Aye Finance IPO was finalised on February 12, 2026. The price band was fixed between ₹122 and ₹129 per share, and the lot size for applications was set at 116 shares.
Aye Finance Subscription Snapshot
The Aye IPO’s overall subscription stood at 1.04 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers, excluding anchor investors, subscribed their portion 1.62 times. Retail Individual Investors subscribed 0.81 times, while the Non-Institutional Investor segment saw very limited participation, with subscription at just 0.05 times. Anchor investors had fully subscribed their allocated portion before the issue opened, as reflected in the exchange data.
