Pune, August 8, 2025: Bajaj Finserv has reported strong premium collections for July 2025 from its insurance subsidiaries, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. The year-to-date figures for the general insurance business have surpassed ₹7,272 crore, while new life insurance premiums have reached ₹3,467 crore.

At the end of today’s market session, the shares of Bajaj Finserv closed 0.27% or ₹5.20 higher at ₹1,919.20. The shares made an intrday high of ₹1,929.70 and a low of ₹1,906.40.

Bajaj Finserv Limited, headquartered in Pune, operates a diversified financial services business that includes lending, insurance, and wealth management through its subsidiaries. It is listed on the BSE with the ticker 532978 and on the NSE with the ticker BAJAJFINSV. The company serves customers across India through a multi-channel distribution network.

Key Financial Highlights

The company’s general insurance arm, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd (BAGIC), recorded a gross direct premium of ₹2,101.80 crore in July alone. For the period from April to July 2025, BAGIC’s total gross direct premium underwritten stood at ₹7,272.40 crore, demonstrating a steady start to the financial year.

The life insurance arm, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd (BALIC), also showed robust performance in new business premiums. For July 2025, the company collected a total of ₹1,151.66 crore, with significant contributions from the individual non-single premium segment at ₹580.74 crore and the group single premium segment at ₹447.63 crore. The year-to-date (April-July 2025) new business premiums totalled ₹3,467.72 crore, with individual non-single premiums accounting for the largest share at ₹1,819.63 crore.
