Mumbai, 31 July 2025: Cash Ur Drive Marketing Ltd, a leading player in vehicle-based and outdoor advertising solutions, has opened its ₹60.79 crore initial public offering (IPO) for subscription. The issue, which comprises both a fresh issue and an offer for sale, will remain open from July 31 to August 4, 2025. The shares are expected to be listed on the NSE SME platform on August 7, 2025, making it one of the more closely-watched listings in the advertising services sector this quarter.

The company’s EBITDA stood at ₹20.67 crore in FY25, nearly 2.3 times higher than the ₹8.81 crore reported in the previous year, reflecting both improved margins and operational scalability. The net worth has grown from ₹23.59 crore in FY24 to ₹55.98 crore in FY25, indicating a robust capital structure. The firm has also reduced its total borrowings from ₹5.06 crore in FY23 to a mere ₹0.18 crore in FY25, signalling improved financial discipline and lower leverage.

The company’s price-to-book value ratio stands at 6.61, indicating investor confidence relative to its book value. Pre-IPO earnings per share (EPS) is ₹13.41, and post-issue EPS stands at ₹10.02, leading to a P/E ratio of 9.69 (pre-issue) and 12.98 (post-issue).

Compared to its peers, Cash Ur Drive Marketing Ltd demonstrates stronger performance across several financial metrics. For instance, Daps Advertising Ltd reported a basic EPS of ₹2.29 and a RoNW (Return on Net Worth) of just 7.32% with a P/E ratio of 10.48.
In contrast, Bright Outdoor Media Ltd, a more established player, posted a higher EPS of ₹13.11 and a RoNW of 12.31% but trades at a much steeper P/E multiple of 29.74. Cash Ur Drive, on the other hand, delivers an EPS of ₹14.16 and a RoNW of 44.43%, while still maintaining a P/E ratio below industry averages, suggesting potential upside for investors.
