Digilogic Systems IPO Opens Today; Price Band Set at ₹98 to ₹104 Per Share

Mumbai, 20 January 2026: The ₹81.01 crores Digilogic Systems IPO has opened today, 20 January 2026 for subscription, and will remain open until 22 January 2026. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 0.67 crore shares aggregating to ₹69.68 crores and offer for sale of 0.11 crore shares aggregating to ₹11.33 crores.
Incorporated in 2011, Digilogic Systems Ltd. designs, develops, and supports Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems, radar and Electronic Warfare simulators, application software, and embedded solutions for the defence and aerospace sector. Its operations are divided into Test Systems, Application Software, and Services, covering integration, upgrades, and lifecycle support. The company runs a 10,688 sq. ft facility in Hyderabad for design and manufacturing, alongside a Bangalore office focused on marketing, customer engagement, and project execution.

Digilogic Systems IPO is a book build issue of ₹81.01 crores. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 0.67 crore shares aggregating to ₹69.68 crores and offer for sale of 0.11 crore shares aggregating to ₹11.33 crores.
Digilogic Systems IPO bidding opened for subscription on January 20, 2026 and will close on January 22, 2026. The allotment for the IPO is expected to be finalized on January 23, 2026, and the shares will list on BSE SME with a tentative listing date fixed as January 28, 2026.
Digilogic Systems IPO price band is set at ₹98 to ₹104 per share. The lot size for an application is 1,200. The minimum amount of investment required by an individual investor (retail) is ₹2,49,600 (2,400 shares) (based on upper price). The minimum lot size for investment in HNI is 3 lots (3,600 shares), amounting to ₹3,74,400.
Indorient Financial Services Ltd. is the book running lead manager and Kfin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar of the issue. The Market Maker of the company is Pace Stock Broking Services Private Limited.
Digilogic Systems IPO Reservations and Anchor Investors
With regard to the IPO reservation, Digilogic Systems IPO offers a total of 81,98,400 shares. Out of which 39,02,400 (47.60%) allocated to QIB, 16,83,600 (20.54%) allocated to QIB (Ex- Anchor), 11,72,400 (14.30%) allocated to NII, 27,33,600 (33.34%) allocated to RII and 22,18,800 (27.06%) allocated to Anchor investors.
Digilogic Systems raised ₹23.08 crore from anchor investors on January 19, 2026. Some of the key anchor investors are Negen Undiscovered Value Fund, Ashika Global Securities Private Limited, Vijit Growth Fund, Nexus Global Opportunities Fund, and Saint Capital Fund, among others
Utilisation of IPO Proceeds
The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the issue towards capital expenditure towards setting up of proposed new facility (₹51.74 crore), pre-payment/ re-payment, in part or full, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the Company (₹8.00 crore), and meet general corporate expenses
Digilogic Systems IPO Key Financials
The company’s restated financials show steady balance sheet expansion over recent periods. As of 30 September 2025, total assets stood at ₹64.53 crore, compared with ₹72.57 crore at 31 March 2025 and ₹35.55 crore at 31 March 2024. Total income declined to ₹18.28 crore in the latest period from ₹72.19 crore in FY25. Profit after tax was ₹1.61 crore, while EBITDA reached ₹3.34 crore. Net worth strengthened to ₹35.07 crore, with reserves at ₹30.62 crore and borrowings at ₹22.04 crore.
Digilogic Systems IPO Day 1 Subscription 0.29 Times so Far
Digilogic Systems IPO was subscribed 0.29 times by 1:39:57 PM on January 20, 2026, the first day of the issue. The QIB (excluding anchor) portion saw the highest interest, subscribing 0.57 times, with 9.61 lakh shares bid against 16.83 lakh shares offered. The individual investors category was subscribed 0.20 times, receiving bids for 5.44 lakh shares. The NII segment remained muted at 0.08 times, with total bids of 91,200 shares. Overall, bids were received for 15.97 lakh shares against 55.89 lakh shares on offer.
