Mumbai, April 7: Emiac Technologies’ IPO, a ₹31.75 crore bookbuilding issue, is nearing closure with a measured build-up in demand across categories. The issue, which opened on March 27, 2026, will close on Wednesday. It is priced in the range of ₹93 to ₹98 per share, with investors required to bid for a minimum of 1,200 shares per lot.

As of April 7, 2026, 3:59 PM (Day 6), the IPO has been subscribed 1.48 times. The overall figure reflects a steady climb rather than a sharp spike, with incremental bids continuing to come in through the day.
Institutional participation has just moved past the full subscription mark. Meanwhile, non-institutional investors remain the most active segment.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 32.40 lakh shares aggregating to ₹31.75 crore. At the upper price band, the minimum investment for retail investors stands at ₹2,35,200 for two lots.
The allocation mix remains standard for an SME offering, with 49.22 percent reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 15.23 percent for non-institutional investors, and 35.55 percent for retail investors.
Emiac Technologies operates within the technology solutions space and is set to list on the BSE SME platform. With one day left for subscription, the trajectory so far reflects a gradual yet broad-based participation pattern.
