The ₹49.00 crore Fractal Industries’ IPO achieved a subscription of 2.09 times on the second day of bidding
The IPO, which is a book-built issue, comprises a fresh issue of 22,68,600 equity shares at a price band of ₹205 to ₹216 per share.
The IPO opened for subscription on 16 February 2026 and closes today, 18 February 2026. The shares are proposed to be listed on BSE SME, with a tentative listing date of 23 February 2026.

Fractal Industries is a full-service garment manufacturing and supply chain company. The company designs, sources, and manufactures garments, and provides end-to-end warehousing and logistics services to e-commerce platforms like Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart. The company operates across India and focuses on producing fast-moving, high-quality apparel for online marketplaces.
Company Financials (Restated Consolidated)
For the period ended 30 September 2025, the company reported total income of ₹47.33 crore and profit after tax of ₹6.78 crore. Assets stood at ₹62.03 crore, while net worth was ₹23.59 crore.
For the financial year ended 31 March 2025, total income was ₹85.51 crore, up from ₹50.01 crore in FY24 but slightly lower than ₹88.91 crore in FY23. Profit after tax was ₹7.54 crore, a significant increase from ₹2.27 crore in FY24 and ₹2.66 crore in FY23. Assets stood at ₹51.42 crore and net worth at ₹15.70 crore.
