Fujiyama Power Systems IPO Lists at ₹218.40 on BSE and ₹220 on NSE, Opening at a Discount to the Issue Price

Mumbai, November 20, 2025: Fujiyama Power Systems Limited (NSE: UTLSOLAR | BSE: 544613) made a subdued market debut today, listing at ₹218.40 on the BSE and ₹220 on the NSE. This represents an approximate 4% discount to its issue price. The muted listing comes despite the IPO being oversubscribed 2.21 times, highlighting cautious investor sentiment at market open.
Fujiyama Power Systems IPO is engaged in manufacturing rooftop solar solutions under its brands UTL Solar and Fujiyama Solar. Its product portfolio includes on-grid, off-grid and hybrid solar systems. The company operates three domestic manufacturing facilities supported by internal R&D.

The shares of the company were issued at ₹228. However, they made a subdued debut on both the NSE and the BSE. The shares were listed on the NSE at ₹220.00. This marked a 3.51% discount from its issue price. Similarly, the shares were listed on the BSE at ₹218.40, which marked a 4.21% discount to the issue price.
By 11:06 am, shares of the company were trading at ₹222.50. This was a 1.14 % or ₹2.50 rise from its issue price of ₹220.00, but a 2.08 % or ₹4.75 decline from its opening price of ₹228.00. The intraday range so far has been between ₹215.82 and ₹230.99. The company has had a muted trading session so far. The total market capitalisation stands at ₹6,840.62 crore. Further, it had a total traded value and volume of ₹242.33 crore and 107.69 lakh shares, respectively.
Fujiyama Power Systems Anchor Allocation
Before opening the IPO to the public, Fujiyama Power Systems conducted an anchor investor allocation, raising approximately ₹246.89 crore. A total of 1.08 crore shares were allotted to 15 institutional participants at a price of ₹228 per share. Notably, over 52% of this allocation was directed to two domestic mutual funds across six schemes.
Fujiyama Power Systems Subscription Status
The ₹828 crore IPO of Fujiyama Power Systems was subscribed 2.21 times overall. The oversubscription was primarily driven by Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs, excluding anchors), who bid 3,78,22,200 shares 5.24 times the 72,19,298 shares on offer. Employee participation followed with a 1.55 times subscription, closely trailed by retail investors at 1.05 times. Anchor investor participation was steady but limited, registering a 1x subscription, while Non-Institutional Buyers showed muted interest, subscribing only 0.92 times.
