HDB Financial Services’ net worth rose to ₹14,936.50 crore in FY25, a rise from ₹12,802.76 crore in FY24 and ₹10,436.09 crore in FY23. This indicates strong internal capital generation and prudent financial management. In line with this, its reserves and surplus increased to ₹15,023.97 crore in FY25 from ₹12,949.63 crore the previous year.
The company’s borrowing stood at ₹87,397.77 crore as of March 2025, up from ₹74,330.67 crore in FY24 and ₹54,865.31 crore in FY23. This increase is aligned with its growing lending operations and is supported by a healthy capital structure.
IPO Details and Listing Plans
The HDB Financial Services IPO is a book-building issue comprising a fresh issue of ₹2,500 crore and an offer for sale of ₹10,000 crore. The price band has been fixed at ₹700 to ₹740 per equity share. The minimum application size is 20 shares, requiring an investment of ₹14,000 to ₹14,800 for retail investors.
The IPO opens on 25 June 2025 and closes on 27 June 2025. Anchor investor bidding will begin on 24 June, and the allotment is scheduled to be finalised by 30 June 2025. Listing is expected to take place on both the BSE and NSE on 2 July 2025.
