Mumbai, July 21, 2025 – ICICI Bank Ltd (NSE: ICICIBANK) stock price is up by 2.75%, at Rs 1,465 at 3 p.m. today, 21st July, 2025.
Net profit of the company in the June quarter was up year-on-year by 15.5%. Its asset quality also improved in the quarter.
The bank also approved the ₹2,035 crore acquisition of ICICI Prudential Pension Funds Management to make it a wholly owned subsidiary. Further, the bank issued ₹1,000 crore in Tier 2 bonds to bolster capital.
