ICICI Prudential AMC IPO Subscription Status: IPO Subscribed 39.17x on Final Day

Mumbai, 16 December 2025: The ICICI Prudential AMC IPO subscription status closed on Tuesday with total bids reaching 39.17 times the shares on offer, according to exchange data. The book-built issue, open between 12 December and 16 December 2025, saw a significant share of bids coming in on the final day.

The ICICI Prudential AMC IPO recorded an overall subscription status of 39.17 times by 5:04:35 PM on 16 December 2025 (Day 3).
The issue was subscribed 2.53 times in the retail investors category, 123.87 times in the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) segment excluding anchor investors, and 22.04 times in the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category. Anchor investors were allotted 1,39,57,303 shares, corresponding to ₹3,021.76 crore.
The QIB (Ex Anchor) segment received bids for 1,15,25,59,968 shares against 93,04,869 shares offered, amounting to ₹2,49,529.23 crore. The NII category saw bids for 15,37,82,688 shares against 69,78,652 shares, representing ₹33,293.95 crore, with bNII subscription status at 25.42 times and sNII at 15.28 times.
Retail investors placed bids for 4,12,34,208 shares against 1,62,83,521 shares, amounting to ₹8,927.21 crore, while shareholders subscribed 9.75 times. Overall, bids were received for 1,37,14,49,838 shares against 3,50,15,691 shares on offer, aggregating to ₹2,96,918.89 crore.
ICICI Prudential AMC IPO Subscription Status Data Shows Gradual Increase Across Investor Categories on Day 1 & 2
On Day 1 (12 December 2025), the IPO recorded an overall subscription status of 0.73 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs, excluding anchor investors) segment was subscribed 1.97 times. The Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category stood at 0.38 times, with bids above ₹10 lakh at 0.32 times and bids below ₹10 lakh at 0.48 times. The retail investor portion was subscribed 0.21 times, while the shareholder category registered 0.45 times.
On Day 2 (15 December 2025), total subscription status increased to 2.03 times. The QIB (Ex Anchor) segment rose to 2.91 times. The NII category reached 3.36 times, with bids above ₹10 lakh at 3.81 times and bids below ₹10 lakh at 3.77 times. The retail segment recorded a subscription of 0.83 times, and the shareholder portion stood at 2.85 times.
Key Details and Structure of ICICI Prudential AMC IPO
ICICI Prudential AMC IPO is a book build issue of ₹10,602.65 crores. The issue is entirely an offer for sale of 4.90 crore shares of ₹10,602.65 crore.
The IPO opened for subscription status on December 12, 2025, and closed today, December 16, 2025. The allotment for the ICICI Prudential AMC IPO is expected to be finalised on December 17, 2025. ICICI Prudential AMC IPO will list on BSE, NSE, with a tentative listing date fixed as December 19, 2025.
ICICI Prudential AMC IPO price band is set at ₹2165.00 per share. The lot size for an application is 6. The minimum amount of investment required by a retail investor is ₹12,990 (6 shares) (based on the upper price). The lot size investment for sNII is 16 lots (96 shares), amounting to ₹2,07,840, and for bNII, it is 77 lots (462 shares), amounting to ₹10,00,230.

The ICICI Prudential AMC IPO concluded with most bids being recorded on the final day of the issue. With the subscription status period now closed, the next steps include the finalisation of the basis of allotment, followed by the initiation of refunds for unsuccessful applicants and the credit of shares to successful bidders’ demat accounts, ahead of the company’s listing on the stock exchanges.
