New Delhi, September 15: Bengaluru-based enterprise technology solutions player iValue Infosolutions has set the price band for its upcoming initial public offering at ₹284 to ₹299 per share. The ₹560 crore issue will open for subscription on September 18 and close on September 22.

Founded in 2008, iValue Infosolutions specializes in enterprise technology solutions that support large enterprises in securing, managing, and scaling enterprise applications and data. It collaborates with system integrators and leading global OEMs to deliver customized solutions based on performance, security, and availability.

The company has operations in eight locations in India as well as six international markets, including Singapore, the UAE, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, and Kenya. iValue had partnerships with 109 OEMs as of March 2025, including Google Cloud, Splunk, Nutanix, Arista, and Check Point.

IPO Size and Structure

At the highest price band, the company is valued at about ₹1,600 crores. iValue Infosolutions IPO will be a complete offer-for-sale of 1.87 crore equity shares by the promoters, investors and individual shareholders. Sundara (Mauritius) Ltd., an affiliate of the private equity firm Creador, will sell 1.10 crore shares, with promoters’ shares sold amounting to 38 lakh.

Allocation and Listing

Allocation is made as 50% percent of the issue has been allocated to qualified institutional buyers, 35% to retail investors, and the remaining 15% to non-institutional investors. The IPO is brought to market by IIFL Capital Services and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors. Shares will list on BSE and NSE on September 25.

The iValue Infosolutions IPO’s entire offer is structured as an offer-to-sale and indicates an investor exit strategy rather than a capital raise. However, investors should consider the opportunity from a broader global perspective, with a focus on strong partnerships and diversity. This approach could encourage institutional interest, although valuation metrics and growth pathways will ultimately determine the market’s outcome.
