KRM Ayurveda Files DRHP for Fresh Issue of 57.4 Lakh Shares to Fund Telemedicine Buildout and Working Capital

New Delhi, September 22, 2025: KRM Ayurveda Limited has announced that it has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus for an initial public offering (IPO) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
KRM Ayurveda Limited is an Indian company that is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of a wide range of Ayurvedic and herbal products. The company was established in 2008 and has its headquarters in Delhi, India.
Fresh Issue of Up to 57,40,000 Shares
The IPO issue of KRM Ayurveda will be an entirely fresh issue of up to 57,40,000 shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component. The face value for the equity shares will be ₹10 each, and the shares are proposed to be listed on NSE Emerge. Post the IPO issue, the equity shares of the company will increase from 1,55,20,800 to 2,12,60,800. Puneet Dhawan and Tanya Dhawan are the promoters of the company.
Telemedicine Operations Facility Main Fundraising Motive
The company will use ₹1,366.68 lakh for the construction and development of telemedicine operational facilities, with ₹141.55 lakh for CRM software and hardware infrastructure. The company will use ₹543.82 lakh for human resources and ₹1,250 lakh for repayment/prepayment of borrowings. It will also use ₹1,800 lakh for working capital requirements and the balance for general corporate purposes.
The planned multi-storey telemedicine building will be constructed on company-owned land at GT Karnal Road, Delhi. It will cover 4,870 sq m and will be constructed with modern interiors, lifts, and essential infrastructure.
Revenue at ₹7,655.27 Lakh While PAT at ₹1,209.72 Lakh
In FY25, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹7,655.27 lakh, compared to ₹6,715.57 lakh in FY24 and ₹8,928.71 lakh in FY23. Profit after tax increased to ₹1,209.72 lakh in FY25, from ₹341.22 lakh in FY24 and ₹759.80 lakh in FY23. The earnings per share (EPS) also improved to ₹8.06 in FY25, up from ₹2.27 in FY24 and ₹5.07 in FY23.
Net worth doubled to ₹2,387.58 lakh in FY25 from ₹1,177.85 lakh in FY24. Long-term borrowings stood at ₹1,862.81 lakh in FY25, down from ₹2,054.29 lakh in FY24, while short-term borrowings increased to ₹1,257.20 lakh from ₹263.21 lakh in FY24. Overall, FY25 revenue rose 14% year-on-year, and profit after tax more than tripled to ₹1,209.7 lakh.
