Palghar, October 3, 2025: Facility management supplies distributor Mopshop Distribution Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a proposed IPO on the BSE SME platform. The issue comprises a fresh issue of up to 16,00,000 equity shares, along with an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 3,75,000 shares by promoter Prakash Hakim Singh, bringing the total offer size to 19,75,000 shares. Khandwala Securities Limited has been appointed as the Book Running Lead Manager, while Cameo Corporate Services Limited will act as the registrar to the issue.

Mopshop Distribution Limited is an Indian company that provides housekeeping, hygiene, and facility management solutions. The company was established in 2018 and is headquartered in Palghar, Maharashtra.

Repayment of Certain Borrowings Key IPO Motive

The company will utilise up to ₹1,150 lakh for repayment of certain borrowings, ₹221.10 lakh for purchasing commercial vehicles, ₹105.48 lakh for installing a rooftop grid solar power plant at Vasai warehouse, and the remaining amount for general corporate purposes.

Revenue At ₹4,198.82 Lakh While PAT At ₹347.72 Lakh

The company’s revenue from operations grew steadily over the past three fiscal years, rising from ₹3,002.30 lakh in FY23 to ₹3,785.03 lakh in FY24, and further to ₹4,198.82 lakh in FY25. Profit after tax (PAT) also showed significant growth, increasing from ₹81.06 lakh in FY23 to ₹141.60 lakh in FY24, and then to ₹347.72 lakh in FY25. On the balance sheet front, net worth expanded from ₹125.14 lakh in FY23 to ₹291.74 lakh in FY24, reaching ₹674.47 lakh by FY25.

As for borrowings in FY25, the company had ₹25.87 lakh in long-term debt and ₹487.96 lakh in short-term debt. In terms of geography, Maharashtra contributed the largest share of revenue in FY25 at ₹2,803.55 lakh (about 66.77%), followed by Haryana at ₹498.26 lakh and Telangana at ₹254.63 lakh.

The company is yet to announce the key details about the IPO, such as the issue price, price band and the lot size. The shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME.
