New Delhi, May 23, 2025 — Nikita Papers Limited is set to launch its SME Initial Public Offering (IPO) on May 27, 2025. The company is offering up to 64.94 lakh equity shares via the book-building route and aims to list on the NSE Emerge platform.

Established in 1989, Nikita Papers Limited is a manufacturer of kraft paper primarily used for industrial packaging. The company has an installed capacity of 1.33 lakh metric tonnes annually, producing kraft paper ranging from 80 to 200 GSM. Its manufacturing unit is located in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh. The primary customers include manufacturers of corrugated boxes, to whom Nikita Papers supplies its kraft paper.
