Mumbai, March 19: Novus Loyalty IPO, a book-built issue aggregating to ₹60.15 crore, has been subscribed 1.06 times at the close of day 3 of subscription on Thursday. The issue opened for subscription on March 17, 2026 and is scheduled to close on March 20, 2026. The price band for the issue is set at ₹139 to ₹146 per share.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 30.70 lakh shares aggregating to ₹48.18 crore and an offer for sale of 8.20 lakh shares amounting to ₹11.97 crore. The issue is proposed to list on the BSE SME platform on March 25, 2026.
