Mumbai, 30 September 2025: Om Freight Forwarders Limited’s ₹122 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) has recorded a subscription of 1.73 times as of 11:54 a.m. on Day 2, reflecting a gradual increase in retail participation alongside notable demand from institutional and non-institutional investors.

Non-institutional investors (NIIs) dominated the subscription, registering 4.20 times, with 74,14,467 shares bid against 17,64,900 shares offered, amounting to ₹100.095 crore. Within this segment, bids above ₹10 lakh stood at 4.46x with 52,46,415 shares, while smaller bids below ₹10 lakh were at 3.69x, indicating significant interest from high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) driving overall demand.

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), excluding anchor investors, subscribed 2.21 times, with 29,64,699 shares bid against 13,41,075 shares offered, totalling ₹40.023 crore. Anchor investors were allotted 11,77,710 shares at ₹135 each, raising ₹15.899 crore on September 26, highlighting early institutional participation prior to the public issue.
