Mumbai, 13 August 2025: The ₹306 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Regaal Resources Ltd continued to attract investor interest on the second day of bidding, with total subscription reaching 15.64 times as of 12:59:36 PM.  Retail investor participation led the subscription applications, subscribing 14.15 times their allotted quota, followed by demand from non-institutional investors.

Retail investors bid for 14,85,35,136 shares against the 1,05,00,082 shares on offer, translating to a 14.15 times subscription. Non-institutional investors (NIIs) applied for 16,13,70,720 shares versus the 45,00,035 shares reserved for them, subscribing at 35.86 times. Within the NII category, bids above ₹10 lakh (bNII) stood at 33.87 times, while bids below ₹10 lakh (sNII) recorded 39.85 times subscription.

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), excluding anchor investors, subscribed 3.10 times their quota, with bids for 1,85,83,776 shares against the 60,00,262 shares available. Anchor investors had already been allotted 89,99,856 shares on the opening day for a total of ₹91.80 crore.

The combined bids across all categories totalled 32,84,89,632 shares against 2,10,00,379 shares on offer (excluding the anchor portion), amounting to ₹3,350.59 crore. The IPO has so far received 8,50,889 applications.

Day-Wise Demand Shows Significant Jump in NII and Retail Bids

On Day 1 (August 12, 2025), total subscription stood at 5.94 times, with retail investors subscribing 5.59 times and NIIs at 10.77 times. By Day 2, NII subscription surged to 35.86 times, and retail demand rose sharply to 14.15 times, indicating heightened interest as the issue progresses towards its close on August 14, 2025.

IPO Structure and Pricing Details

The IPO is a book-built issue of ₹306.00 crore, comprising:

  • Fresh issue of 2.06 crore shares aggregating to ₹210.00 crore
  • Offer for sale of 0.94 crore shares aggregating to ₹96.00 crore

The price band is fixed at ₹96.00 to ₹102.00 per share. The lot size is 144 shares, requiring a minimum retail investment of ₹13,824. For sNIIs, the minimum is 14 lots (₹2,05,632), while bNIIs require 69 lots (₹10,13,472).
