Mumbai, 22 December 2025: Premium spices manufacturer Shyam Dhani Industries has opened its IPO subscription today, 22 December 2025. The company plans to raise of ₹38.49 crores through this IPO, comprising entirely a fresh issue of 0.55 crore shares with no offer for sale component.
Incorporated in 1995, Shyam Dhani Industries Limited is an ISO certified company and manufacturer, exporter, wholesaler, and supplier of Premium Spices, Spices Powder, Whole Spices, etc. They trade and distribute Grocery Products like Black Salt, Rock Salt, Rice, Poha, Kasuri Methi, and a variety of Herbs and seasonings, including Organo, Peri Peri, Chilli Flakes, Mixed Herbs, Onion Flakes, and Tomato Powder. The company processes 163 varieties of spices, including Ground, Blend, and Whole Spices under the brand name “SHYAM”.

Shyam Dhani Industries IPO opens for subscription status today, December 22, 2025, and closes on December 24, 2025. The allotment for the Shyam Dhani Industries IPO is expected to be finalised on Dec 26, 2025, with shares to list on NSE SME with a tentative listing date fixed as December 30, 2025.
Shyam Dhani Industries IPO price band is set at ₹65.00 to ₹70.00 per share. The lot size for an application is 2,000. The minimum amount of investment required by an individual investor (retail) is ₹2,80,000.00 (4,000 shares) (based on upper price). The minimum lot size investment for HNI is 3 lots (6,000 shares), amounting to ₹4,20,000.
Holani Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is the book running lead manager and Bigshare Services Pvt.Ltd. is the registrar of the issue. The Market Maker of the company is Holani Consultants Pvt.Ltd.
Shyam Dhani Industries IPO Reservation and Anchor Investors Details
With regard to IPO reservation, Shyam Dhani Industries IPO offers total 54,98,000 shares. Out of which, 26,04,000 (47.36%) has been allocated to QIB, 10,44,000 (18.99%) to QIB (Ex- Anchor), 7,86,000 (14.30%) to NII, 18,28,000 (33.25%) to RII and 15,60,000 (28.37%) to Anchor investors.
Ahead of the IPO, Shyam Dhani Industries raised ₹10.92 crore from anchor investors on December 19, 2025. Some of the key investors were Small Industries Development Bank of India, Saint Capital Fund, Rajasthan Global Securities, and SB Opportunities Fund II, Mint Focussed Growth Fund PCC Cell 1, among others
Shyam Dhani Industries Utilisation of IPO Proceeds
The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the issue towards purchase of machineries for installation at existing manufacturing unit located at Khasra (₹0.91 crore), purchase of 200 KW Solar Rooftop Grid connected PV System (₹0.66 crore), part repayment of existing cash credit Facility availed by the company from scheduled commercial banks (₹7 crore), funding the incremental working capital requirements of the company (₹14.65 crore) and meet general corporate expenses
Shyam Dhani Industries Ltd Records 16% Revenue Growth and ROE At 41%
Shyam Dhani Industries Ltd. witnessed stable topline growth during FY24-FY25. Total income rose by 16% YoY from ₹107.64 crore in FY24 to ₹124.75 crore in FY25. Profit after tax rose 28% from ₹6.30 crore to ₹8.04 crore on account of higher operating income. EBITDA rose from ₹14.52 crore to ₹10.88 crore the EBITDA. The company also reported growth in the asset base to Rs 82.47 crore and net worth to Rs 23.61 crore, ͏indicating improved ba͏lance-sheet position͏i͏ng͏.͏
From key metrics perspective, Shyam Dhani Industries Ltd. had a good FY25 with high return ratios. Equity return was at 41.06% and capital employed return at 39.00% which indicated good utilisation of capital. Return on net worth reached 34.07%. The company posted an EBITDA margin of 11.65% and a PAT margin of 6.45%. The debt-to-equity ratio was 2.00 suggesting leverage operation and the price-to-book value ratio was 4.41.
Shyam Dhani Industries Subscription Status So Far on Day 1 (12:00 PM)
The Shyam Dhani Industries IPO saw robust demand so fa on the first day with the issue getting subscribed 19.84 times on December 22, 2025 at 12:00:00 PM. Retail investors dominated the subscription, bidding 30.12 times the number of shares available for this category, with applications for 5.51 crore shares. Non-Institutional Investors were next with 22.26 times subscription, both big and small investors participated. The QIB (ex – anchor investors) portion was so far not subscribed at 0.00 times, but anchor investor ended up subscribing their entire share.
