Snehaa Organics IPO to Launch on August 29 with Price Band Set at ₹115-₹122

New Delhi, August 22 – Snehaa Organics, a provider of green and sustainable solutions, has announced the launch of its initial public offering (IPO) and kept the price band for the issue between ₹115.00 and ₹122.00 per share. The issue will open for subscription on August 29, 2025, and Close on September 2, 2025.
Key Details of Snehaa Organics IPO
Snehaa Organics IPO is a book build issue of ₹32.68 crores, comprising a fresh issue of 27 lakh equity shares. The price band of the issue is set at ₹115–₹122. The proceeds from the issue will be used for meeting working capital requirements and for other general corporate purposes.
The IPO will open for subscription from 29 August 2025 to 02 September 2025. The allotment for the Snehaa Organics IPO is expected to be finalised on September 3, 2025.
The company shares will be listed on NSE SME on 05 September 2025. Fast Track Finsec is the book-running lead manager, while Skyline Financial Services will act as the registrar for the issue.
Lot Size and Investment Requirements
The lot size for the IPO is 1,000 shares. For retail investors, the minimum investment amounts to ₹2,30,000, for a total number of 2,000 shares. For a classified High Net-worth Individual (HNI) they would need to apply for a minimum of 3 lots, or 3,000 shares, for a total of ₹3,66,000.
Company Background
Snehaa Organics was incorporated in October 2017, specialising in solvent recovery and recycling through the processes of distillation and purification to reclaim spent solvents for reuse. In addition, the company is a trader of solvents, procuring raw materials and supplying them to the market.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2024, Snehaa Organics had a total income of ₹20.38 crore, profit after tax of ₹6.37 crore and estimated net worth of ₹14 crore.

The Snehaa Organics IPO is expected to launch with fairly stable interest. However, being an SME IPO, the subscription activity may materially shift during the subscription window.
