Mumbai, 11 June 2025: Gujarat-origin café chain Tea Post has officially submitted its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), initiating the process for its much-anticipated Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company is targeting a total of 2.85 crore equity shares, reinforcing its intent to expand operations across India.
Breakdown of IPO Structure: Fresh Equity and OFS
The IPO will be structured with a balanced combination of fresh equity issuance and an Offer for Sale (OFS). The offer comprises:
- Fresh Issue: 1.42 crore equity shares

The remaining 62.52% ownership lies with public and institutional investors, notably including IndiaNivesh Venture Capital Fund.
