Tuesday, December 9, 2025: The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of the Bengaluru based Wakefit Innovations Limited witnessed 0.36 times subscription status as of 4:04:35 PM on Day 2. In total, the company had received applications for 1,31,66,240 shares against a total offering of 3,63,53,277 shares, so far 

Retail investors subscribed 1.69 times and NIIs (NII/HNI) subscribed around 0.20 times. However, there have been no bids recorded by QIBs so far. 

Wakefit Innovation, founded in 2016, is a D2C (Direct to Consumer) home and sleep solutions enterprise that offers different products such as mattresses, furniture, home décor and other related products.

Wakefit Innovations IPO Subscription Status Day 2 So Far (4:04:35 PM)

Retail investors saw 66,09,687 shares offered and 1,11,70,632 shares bid, marking the highest participation on Day 2. In the NII category, 99,14,530 shares were offered and 19,82,992 shares were bid, with bNII contributing 66,09,687 offered and 6,41,136 bid, while sNII recorded 33,04,843 offered and 13,41,856 bid. The QIB (Ex Anchor) segment showed limited activity, with 1,98,29,060 shares offered and 12,616 shares bid. Overall, the IPO received 1,31,66,240 bids against 3,63,53,277 shares offered across these categories.

Wakefit Innovations IPO Subscription Status Day 1 

On Day 1, December 8, 2025, the Wakefit Innovations IPO recorded a total subscription status of 0.16 times. Retail investors subscribed 0.77 times, while the NII category stood at 0.07 times, including 0.03 times in the above ₹10 lakh segment and 0.15 times in the below ₹10 lakh segment. The QIB (Ex Anchor) segment did not record any bids, remaining at 0.00 times on the first day of subscription.

Key Details of the Wakefit IPO

Wakefit Innovations IPO is a book build issue of ₹1,288.89 crores. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 1.93 crore shares aggregating to ₹377.18 crores and offer for sale of 4.68 crore shares aggregating to ₹911.71 crores.

 Wakefit Innovations IPO bidding opened for subscription status on December 8, 2025 and will close on December 10, 2025. The allotment for the Wakefit Innovations IPO is expected to be finalised on December 11, 2025. Wakefit Innovations IPO will list on BSE, NSE with a tentative listing date fixed as December 15, 2025.

Wakefit Innovations IPO price band is set at ₹185.00 to ₹195.00 per share . The lot size for an application is 76. The minimum amount of investment required by an retail is ₹14,820 (76 shares) (based on upper price). The lot size investment for sNII is 14 lots (1,064 shares), amounting to ₹2,07,480, and for bNII, it is 68 lots (5,168 shares), amounting to ₹10,07,760.

Axis Capital Ltd. is the book running lead manager and MUFG Intime India Pvt.Ltd. is the registrar of the issue.

How Will Wakefit Utilize the IPO Proceeds

Wakefit Innovations IPO plans to utilise the net proceeds from the issue for several purposes. The company will spend ₹30.84 crore on capital expenditure for setting up 117 new COCO Regular Stores and ₹161.47 crore for lease, sub lease, and license fee payments for existing COCO  Regular Stores. Additionally, ₹15.41 crore will be used for purchasing new equipment and machinery, ₹108.40 crore for marketing and advertising to enhance brand visibility, and the remaining amount for general corporate purposes.

Wakefit Innovations Anchor Investor Allocation

Prior to the IPO opening, the company had made anchor allocations which were subscribed at the upper price band of ₹195 per share. The shares will be locked in until January 10, 2026 (50%) and the remaining until March 10, 2026.

Recent Financials of Wakefit Innovations

In the past two years, the total revenue of the company increased by 28% and there was a drop of 133% in the PAT (Profit After Tax). However, for half year ending September 30, 2025, the company posted a PAT of ₹35.57 crore.
