November 27, 2025: Invicta Diagnostic has announced the launch date for its initial public offering (IPO). The company will raise ₹28.12 crore through a full fresh issue under the book-building route. Investor bidding for the IPO will open on December 1, 2025.

Invicta Diagnostic operates under the brand PC Diagnostics and currently manages seven diagnostic centres along with a central laboratory in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. For the six months ending September 2025, the company reported ₹16.95 crore in revenue and ₹4 crore in profit. In FY25, profit grew 29.5% to ₹4.9 crore, up from ₹3.8 crore in the previous year. Revenue for the same period surged 90.1%, rising to ₹30 crore from ₹15.8 crore.

Key Details Of Invicta Diagnostic IPO

The ₹28.12 crore Invicta Diagnostic IPO will comprise 0.33 crore fresh shares. The issue opens for public bidding on December 1, 2025, and will remain available until December 3, 2025. The basis of allotment is scheduled to be finalised on December 4, 2025. Before the public issue, a single-day anchor allocation will take place on November 28, 2025.

The shares are planned to list on the NSE SME platform, with a tentative listing date of December 8, 2025. As a book-built issue, the IPO carries a price band of ₹80–₹85 per share, and the lot size is set at 1,600 shares. Socradamus Capital Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager for the offering.

Fund Utilisation of Invicta Diagnostic

There is no offer for sale in this IPO, ensuring that the entire proceeds will flow directly to the company. Invicta Diagnostic plans to use the funds to expand its operations, with a major share earmarked for new medical equipment. Around ₹21.11 crore will be allocated to setting up five new diagnostic centres across Maharashtra, built under a hub-and-spoke model during FY26 and FY27. The remaining amount will be utilised for general corporate purposes.
