Mumbai, May 21: Q-Line Biotech Ltd’s IPO opened for subscription on Thursday, and will close on May 25, 2026. The bookbuilding issue aims to raise ₹214.48 crore through a fresh issue of 59.40 lakh shares and an offer for sale of 3.13 lakh shares.

The price band is fixed at ₹326 to ₹343 per share. The IPO is proposed to list on NSE SME on May 29, 2026.

Brief Overview of The IPO

Q-Line Biotech IPO comprises a total issue size of 62,53,200 shares, aggregating up to ₹214.48 crore at the upper price band. The issue includes a fresh issue of 59,40,000 shares and an offer for sale of 3,13,200 shares.

The lot size is 400 shares. Retail investors can bid for a minimum of 800 shares, while the price band is ₹326 to ₹343 per share.

Incorporated in 2010, Q-Line Biotech Ltd is engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing reagents, consumables and diagnostic equipment for healthcare needs. The company supplies diagnostic equipment and IVD products to diagnostic service providers, hospitals and medical colleges.
