Mumbai, September 17, 2025 — The SME IPO of Sampat Aluminium Limited saw strong demand on the first day, with the issue being subscribed 3.59 times collectively as of 4:54 PM on September 17, 2025. The ₹30 crore issue will be open for bidding till September 19, 2025, and will get listed on the BSE SME platform on September 24, 2025.

Sampat Aluminium Limited was established in 1999 and produces aluminium long products such as rods and wires through the Properzi process. Sampat Aluminium caters to industries of 14 states and 2 union territories of India, selling to power, construction, and engineering industries.

Day 1 Subscription Status (as of 4:54 PM, September 17, 2025)

The Sampat Aluminium IPO received good demand on the first day of bidding, becoming subscribed 3.59 times in total as of September 17, 2025, 4:54 PM. Bids were made for 59.86 lakh shares against 16.66 lakh shares available.

The category of non-institutional investors (NII) led the charge with 8.21 times subscription. Under this, high-value bids (over ₹10 lakh) were subscribed 11.36 times, whereas lower bids (less than ₹10 lakh) received a 1.91 times subscription.

The quota of individual investors also saw good participation, subscribing 3.15 times with bids for 26.33 lakh shares. Meanwhile, Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) remained low-key at 0.90 times subscription.

On the anchor front, the firm had also reserved 7.09 lakh shares for institutional investors before the issue, booking a total of approximately ₹8.51 crore. The IPO has begun on a good note, especially with the robust demand received from NIIs and retail investors, with as many as 1,228 applications on Day 1.

Lead Managers

The IPO is being handled by Marwadi Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers Pvt Ltd as the Book Running Lead Manager and Cameo Corporate Services Ltd as the registrar.
