New Delhi, September 1, 2025 – The initial public offering (IPO) of Snehaa Organics has continued to receive strong investor interest on the second day of bidding. The IPO has a healthy participation from both retail and non-institutional investors. The IPO has been 6.40 times oversubscribed with total bids reaching 1.62 crore shares against 25.45 lakh on offer. While the retail investors are leading the rally, the Qualified institutional buyers have also added to the momentum, reinforcing that the IPO is in demand across categories.

Subscription Snapshot

Snehaa Organics IPO has seen strong investor traction by Day 2, with the issue subscribed 6.40 times as of September 1, 2025, 3:25 PM. The IPO opened on August 29 and has attracted broad-based interest across categories. Retail participation led the rally with subscriptions at 10.97 times, reflecting overwhelming demand from individual investors. Non-institutional investors subscribed 2.38 times, led by strong bids in both higher-ticket (bNII) and smaller-ticket (sNII) segments. Meanwhile, Qualified Institutional Buyers subscribed modestly at 1.02 times (excluding anchor allotments), showing steady institutional confidence.

Investor Takeaway

Snehaa Organics IPO continues to showcase strong traction, with subscription demand led by retail investors but supported by institutional interest as well. The high oversubscription underscores confidence in the company’s fundamentals and growth outlook, particularly within the chemicals and organics segment. However, investors should remain cautious, as retail-driven oversubscription often leads to short-term volatility post-listing.

Sustained institutional support in the final bidding hours will be crucial to determining long-term stability and price performance. For those considering entry, monitoring the QIB subscription trend on the closing day will provide a clearer picture of the IPO’s potential trajectory.
