Snehaa Organics Limited was incorporated in October 2017 and operates in solvent recovery and sustainable solutions for industries using solvents. The company collects spent solvents and recovers them using distillation and purification technologies. It also trades solvents directly in the open market. Snehaa Organics runs its facility in Hyderabad, Telangana, spread over 3,300 sq. ft., with a growing reputation in the pharmaceutical sector.
Snehaa Organics is set to launch its ₹32.68 crore IPO, which will be a book-built issue consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 0.27 crore shares. The subscription window for the IPO will open on 29 August 2025 and close on 2 September 2025, with the allotment expected to be finalised on 3 September 2025. The shares are scheduled to list on the NSE SME platform with a tentative listing date of 5 September 2025.
The IPO has a price band of ₹115 to ₹122 per share, and the lot size is fixed at 1,000 shares.
