Sri Lotus Developers IPO Subscribed 3.60 Times on Day 1; QIB Portion Leads with 5.31x Demand

Mumbai, July 30, 2025 — The ₹792 crore initial public offering (IPO) of Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited witnessed strong investor response on its opening day, receiving bids for 14.26 crore shares against the 3.96 crore shares on offer — marking an overall subscription of 3.60 times.

The IPO will remain open for subscription until August 1, 2025, in a price band of ₹140–₹150 per share.

Ahead of the IPO, the company raised ₹236.99 crore from 16 anchor investors, including Societe Generale ODI, Tata Small Cap Fund, Mahindra Manulife schemes, Nippon AIF, Samsung Trust, HSBC Balanced Advantage Fund, SBI General Insurance, and others.
