Mumbai, 24 July 2025: Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd is gearing up to launch its ₹792 crore IPO, with the subscription window opening on 30 July 2025 and closing on 1 August 2025. The issue is a fresh offering of 5.28 crore equity shares, priced within a ₹140 to ₹150 per share band. The shares will be listed on both the BSE and NSE, with a tentative listing date set for 6 August 2025.
Retail and HNI Investors Can Bid With Defined Lot Sizes
- Retail investors can apply for a minimum of 1 lot (100 shares), requiring an investment of ₹14,000.
- For small NIIs, the minimum application is 14 lots (1,400 shares,) amounting to ₹2,10,000.
- Big NIIs must bid for at least 67 lots (6,700 shares), translating to ₹10,05,000.

Between FY24 and FY25, Sri Lotus Developers posted a 22% jump in revenue, rising from ₹466.19 crore to ₹569.28 crore. PAT surged 91% year-on-year, reaching ₹227.89 crore from ₹119.14 crore. The company’s EBITDA also rose strongly to ₹288.97 crore, compared to ₹158.55 crore in the previous year. The firm’s net worth jumped to ₹932.44 crore, and reserves nearly quadrupled to ₹888.93 crore, while total borrowing reduced sharply to ₹122.13 crore.
Strong Key Metrics Reflect Operational Efficiency
As of 31 March 2025, return on equity (ROE) stood at 24.39%, and ROCE was 27.22%, reflecting efficient capital use and operational execution. The company maintained a low debt-to-equity ratio of 0.13, underlining its asset-light strategy. PAT margin came in at 41.46%, and EBITDA margin reached 52.57%, showcasing high profitability. The price-to-book ratio was 7.01, suggesting the market is pricing in premium potential.
Peer Comparison Highlights Premium Valuation
When compared to listed peers, Sri Lotus Developers’ P/E ratio post-issue stands at 32.17, which is higher than most competitors like Suraj Estate Developers (14.91x) and Arkade Developers (22.03x), but below Mahindra Lifespaces (91.43x). However, its return on net worth at 24.39% is significantly stronger than peers such as Sunteck Realty (4.61%) and Keystone Realtors (6.2%), suggesting a healthy balance between growth and returns.
IPO Proceeds to Fund Luxury Projects and Strategic Growth
The company plans to utilize ₹550 crore of the net proceeds to invest in subsidiaries for the development of three projects — Amalfi, The Arcadian, and Varun. The remainder will be used for general corporate purposes, supporting the firm’s capital needs as it expands its premium real estate footprint in Mumbai.
