Chemkart India Limited is a leading B2B distributor of food and health ingredients, serving supplement manufacturers across India. The company connects global suppliers with domestic industries, offering a range of high-quality amino acids, proteins, herbal extracts, vitamins, and sports nutrition. It operates from a modern warehouse facility in Bhiwandi and also offers in-house services like blending, packaging, and labelling.
Chemkart India IPO is a book-built issue amounting to ₹80.08 crores, comprising a fresh issue of 26.00 lakh shares aggregating to ₹64.48 crores and an offer for sale of 6.29 lakh shares aggregating to ₹15.60 crores. The IPO opens for subscription on July 7, 2025, and will close on July 9, 2025. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on July 10, 2025, and the shares are likely to be listed on the BSE SME platform on July 14, 2025.
The price band for the IPO is set between ₹236 to ₹248 per share. The minimum application lot consists of 600 shares, requiring an investment of ₹1,41,600. However, investors are advised to place bids at the cut-off price to mitigate oversubscription risk, which brings the suggested investment amount to ₹2,97,600 for 1,200 shares. For HNI investors, the minimum bid is 3 lots, equivalent to 1,800 shares and an investment of ₹4,46,400.
Smart Horizon Capital Advisors Private Limited is the book-running lead manager for this IPO, with Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd acting as the registrar. Alacrity Securities Ltd. has been appointed as the market maker for the issue.
