Invest Today In SME IPOs

• Should be incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956.
• Have a post-issue paid up capital of less than Rs. 25 crore.
• Should have net assets worth at least Rs.3 crore.
• Have a proven track record of at least three years.
• Should be recognised by financial institutions like NABARD if it doesn’t have a three-year track record.
• Should not have defaulted to its creditors.
• Should not have any regulatory or disciplinary action against its promoters by any stock exchange or regulatory authority in the last three years.

You can check the listing date of an SME IPO on the stock exchange website, the company’s prospectus, or the registrar’s portal. Many trusted brokerage firms and financial news websites also provide IPO listing updates.

The allotment process for NIIs (Non-Institutional Investors), in case of oversubscription, is through a lottery system. Refunds for unallotted shares are processed after allotment is completed.

The minimum lot size for investing in a current SME IPO is Rs.1 lakh.
