Incorporated in 2005, Kasturi Metal Composite Limited is engaged in manufacturing, supplying, and exporting steel fibre products for industrial applications. The company produces steel wool fibres for brake pads and clutches, industrial flooring fibres, and reinforced concrete solutions under the Duraflex and Durabond brands. It operates three manufacturing units at MIDC Amravati, Maharashtra, ensuring efficient production and quality control. Kasturi Metal Composite serves industries including construction, mining, infrastructure, and automotive, supported by strong technical expertise and established customer relationships.
Kasturi Metal Composite Limited IPO is a bookbuilding issue opening on 27 January 2026 and closing on 29 January 2026. The IPO consists entirely of a fresh issue of 27,52,000 equity shares aggregating to approximately ₹18 crore and will be listed on the BSE SME platform.
