Leo Dry Fruits and Spices IPO will open on 1st January, 2025. The IPO will close on 3rd January 2025. This is a Small and Medium Enterprise IPO. Post the IPO, the stock will be listed at BSE SME platform. IPO price band is Rs 51 – 52 per share. Minimum bid lot size for retail investors is 2000 shares. Minimum investment required for retail investors is therefore Rs 104,000. Minimum bid lot size for High Net Worth Individual (HNI) investors is 4000 shares. Leo Dry Fruits and Spices is in the business of processing or manufacturing of various types of dry fruits and spices. The company sells its products under the brand names of VANDU and FRYD. It also sells ghee under VANDU brand name. The ghee is manufactured by third party manufacturers. The sales of the company are heavily concentrated in Maharashtra. In FY 24, 96.71% of its sales came from Maharashtra; in FY 23, 92.45% of its sales came from Maharashtra; in FY 22, 93% of its sales came from Maharashtra.
In FY 22, its net profit stood at Rs 7.90 lakhs; in FY 23, it stood at Rs 3.63 crore; in FY 24, it stood at Rs 6.63 crore. Net profit margin of the company in FY 22 was 1.5%; in FY 23 was 9.97%; in FY 24 it was 10.68%. Return on Equity (ROE) of the company in FY 22 was 11.57%; in FY 23 it was 114.23%; in FY 24 it was 34.12%. Return on capital employed (ROCE) of the company in FY 22 was 2.98%; in FY 23 it was 41.57%; in FY 24 it was 33.52%. Debt-Equity ratio of the company in FY 22 was 4.40; in FY 23 it was 3.07; in FY 24 it was 0.27.
Earnings per share (EPS) of the company in FY 22 was 0.10; in FY 23 it was 4.01; in FY 24 it was 5.21. Average EPS of the company over the 3-year period is 3.10. At this average EPS, price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of the IPO, at the upper end of the IPO price band, comes to 16.77.
