Mahendra Realtors & Infrastructure Limited is launching a book-building IPO worth ₹49.45 crores. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 47.26 lakh equity shares aggregating to ₹40.17 crores and an offer for sale (OFS) of 10.91 lakh shares amounting to ₹9.28 crores. The IPO will open for subscription on August 12, 2025, and close on August 14, 2025. Allotment is expected to be finalised on August 18, 2025, with the company scheduled to list on the NSE SME platform on August 20, 2025.
