Incorporated in June 2023, Medistep Healthcare Limited is a public, non-government pharmaceutical company engaged in the production of sanitary pads, energy powder, and a range of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, intimate, and surgical products. With a strong commitment to quality, the company aims to expand its offerings. Its key products include high-quality sanitary pads for feminine hygiene, revitalising energy powders, essential pharmaceutical and nutraceutical items, intimate care solutions, and surgical products. As of December 30, 2024, Medistep recorded ₹45.00 crore in revenue and ₹4.08 crore in PAT, with nine employees on payroll.
Medistep Healthcare IPO is a fixed price issue worth ₹16.10 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 37.44 lakh shares. The IPO opens for subscription on August 8, 2025, and closes on August 12, 2025. The allotment is expected to be finalised on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, with a tentative listing date on NSE SME scheduled for Monday, August 18, 2025.
