Solvex Edibles Limited, incorporated in 2013, is engaged in manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of solvent-extracted Rice Bran Oil and by-products such as De-oiled Cakes, Mustard Oil, and Deoiled Mustard Cakes. Supplying to FMCG companies across 18 states, the company operates a 200 TPD facility at Kemri, Bilaspur, Uttar Pradesh, covering 12,140 sq. metres. Its diverse product portfolio includes De-oiled Mustard/Rapeseed Cakes for cattle and poultry feed, De-oiled Rice Bran (DORB) for animal nutrition, and crude, edible-grade Rice Bran Oil supplied to refineries.
Solvex Edibles IPO is a fixed price issue worth ₹18.87 crores, comprising an entirely fresh issue of 0.26 crore equity shares. The subscription window opens on 22 September 2025 and closes on 24 September 2025, with allotment expected to be finalised on 25 September 2025. The IPO is proposed to list on the BSE SME platform on 29 September 2025. Priced at ₹72 per share, the issue has a lot size of 1,600 shares.
