Mumbai, November 19: Advent Hotels International share price is witnessing negative investor demand today, on November 19. As of 1:55 PM, Advent Hotels International share price was down by 5%, or 14.10 points, and was trading at ₹267.75. Until now, the shares have traded within a range of ₹278.50 and ₹267.75. The traded volume for Advent Hotels International stock stood at 5.50 lakh shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹1,520 crore. The shares have their 52-week high at ₹345.05 and their 52-week low at ₹267.75.
Advent Hotels International Ltd (NSE: ADVENTHTL, BSE: 544446) is a premium Indian hospitality asset owner that specialises in the development, ownership, and management of luxury and upscale hotel assets across India. The company currently operates properties under global brands like Grand Hyatt (Goa) and Hilton (Mumbai) and is actively expanding its portfolio with several landmark projects in Mumbai and Delhi. The company was recently demerged from Valor Estate Limited. The company was established in 2006, and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Share Price Facing Selling Pressure a Week After Listing
The shares of Advent Hotels International began trading last week after it was demerged from Valor Estate Ltd. Although the company has outlined plans to expand in the future, the shares of the company have been witnessing strong selling pressure. At the low of ₹267.75 as of now, the shares have hit their new 52-week low. With today’s fall, the stock is down 22% from its peak of ₹345.05.

Advent Hotels International’s demerger from Valor Estate Limited has not been successful. The shares listed last week but soon started on a downward direction. The shares are locked in their 5% lower circuit today, with 22% negative returns from the day of listing.
