Akme Fintrade Raises ₹50 Crore via NCDs; Shares Up 5.9%

Udaipur, August 22, 2025 – Akme Fintrade (India) Limited (NSE: AFIL, BSE: 544200) raised ₹50 crore via private placement of non-convertible debentures (NCDs), said the company in a regulatory filing.
The board had approved the allotment of 50,000 debentures, each having a face value of ₹10,000. The instruments are listed, rated, senior, secured, transferable, and redeemable, with a total issue size of ₹50 crore. The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 12% payable every month and will be redeemed on August 22, 2027. The issue is proposed for listing on the National Stock Exchange.
For the protection of the investors, the debentures are covered by a minimum security cover of 1.20 times against the loan receivables of the company. In case of default, Akme Fintrade will also pay a penal interest of 2% per annum till the time the dues are settled. The firm stated that the fundraising will give it further financial flexibility while providing investors with a secured fixed-income instrument.
Akme Fintrade (India) Limited, headquartered in Udaipur, is a listed non-banking financial company (NBFC) engaged in providing secured and unsecured lending solutions. The company is registered with the Reserve Bank of India and trades on both the NSE and BSE.
