JM Financial Q2FY26 Profit Rises 16% to Rs 270 Crore, Declares Rs 1.50 Interim Dividend

New Delhi, November 7, 2025: JM Financial Ltd (NSE: JMFINANCIL; BSE: 523405) reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 270 crore for Q2FY26, marking a 16% increase year-on-year. The company also declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per share. The quarter’s performance was supported by effective cost control and steady results across its business segments.
Revenue and Expenses
The company posted a net profit of Rs 270 crore for the quarter, up 16% year-on-year from Rs 232 crore in Q2FY25. This growth came despite a decline in total income, which fell to Rs 1,044 crore from Rs 1,211 crore in the same period last year. Lower expenses, which dropped to Rs 670 crore from Rs 1,058 crore, helped support profitability.
The company delivered consistent performance across its business segments. Its corporate advisory and capital markets division maintained a strong transaction pipeline, while the wealth management arm reached a key milestone, surpassing 1,000 sales professionals. The affordable home loans business expanded its network to 134 branches, achieving 28% year-on-year growth in assets under management (AUM) and a 39% increase in its customer base. Additionally, the company saw continued momentum in syndication mandates, supported by robust deal flow in its credit segment.
Dividend Announcement
The company also announced an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share for FY26. The record date for the dividend is November 14, 2025, and all shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible to receive it. For example, a shareholder with 1,000 shares will receive Rs 1,500.
