United Breweries – Heineken N.V. stated that in India, organic net revenue grew by a mid-single digit, while beer volume fell by a mid-single digit in Q3CY25, impacted by an unusually strong monsoon season. The price-mix expanded by a high single digit, supported by pricing in key states and portfolio mix. Premium volume grew in the low teens, led by Kingfisher Ultra Max and the launch of Amstel Grande.

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicle – Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles said it delivered over 1 lakh vehicles in 30 days from Navratri to Diwali, a growth of 33% over the same period last year. The deliveries were led by SUVs, with electric vehicles also showing strong traction

NMDC Ltd. – NMDC Ltd. Announces the fixed prices for iron ore effective from 22nd October 2025, Balla Lump at Rs. 5550 per ton and Baila Fines at Rs. 4750 per ton. These prices are inclusive of various fees but exclusive of additional taxes.

BEL – Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), has received an order valued at Rs. 633 Crore (excluding taxes) from Cochin Shipyard Limited. The order is for the supply of items required for various sensors, weapon equipment, fire control system and communication equipment supplied by BEL.

HCL Tech – DIB, the world’s first Islamic bank and the largest in the UAE, has announced a strategic partnership with HCL Tech, a leading global technology company, to accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across its ecosystem. Announced at GITEX GLOBAL 2025, the partnership reinforces DIB’s commitment to shaping the future of Islamic finance through responsible innovation.

E-Pack Prefab Tech – Revenue for H1FY26 grew 35.8% YoY at Rs 729.3 crore. Operating profit was up 45.5% YoY at Rs 81 crore. Net profit increased 64.3% YoY at Rs 45.5 crore. Finance cost for the first half was higher by 34.4% YoY at Rs 15.1 crore.

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories – This is in reference to the intimation dated July 18, 2025, wherein the company had informed regarding a GMP and a Pre-Approval Inspection (PAI) conducted by the US FDA at the formulations manufacturing facility FTO 11 in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Now, the company has received the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) on October 20, 2025. US FDA has classified the inspection outcome as Voluntary Action Indicated (VAI) and concluded that the inspection is officially closed.

Marathon Nextgen Realty – Marathon Nextgen Realty Limited (MNRL) has announced Monte South Commercial, a landmark office and retail development at Byculla in a joint venture with Adani Realty. With an approximate area of 1.2 million sq.ft. being built and an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 3,400 crore.

Zaggle – Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle), has entered into an agreement with Megha City Gas Distribution Private Limited. It is for a period of five years.

Filatex India – The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Revti Business and Wastewear Inc. to establish a multi-faceted collaboration focused on textile waste recycling, product innovation, and global co-branding.

CRDMO – Indian contract research, development, and manufacturing organizations (CRDMOs) are positioning themselves as strategic alternatives to global biotech supply chains, with the US Senate’s passage of the Biosecure Act and escalating trade tensions with China. India’s CRDMO sector, currently valued at US$3–3.5 billion, accounts for just 2–3% of the US$140–145 billion global market. To capture this upside, Indian CRDMOs are investing in high-tech capabilities. Companies like Cohance Lifesciences are expanding into antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and oligonucleotides, while Divi’s Laboratories is scaling up its custom synthesis business, including GLP-1 and contrast media APIs. OneSource, meanwhile, is betting on multi-modality platforms to serve a broader range of biotech clients.

Kirloskar Ferrous – Company has received orders from ONGC for the Supply of regular EUE Tubing, Pup Joints and Cross overs. Total order value is Rs. 358 cr.

Unimech Aerospace – The company’s precision engineering facility (Unit 3), being an extension of the existing Peenya unit, spans approximately 33,000 sq. ft. This unit will cater to manufacturing of high-precision components and systems for the nuclear, aerospace, and oil & gas sectors. Additionally, fabrication facility (Unit 4), measuring approximately 30,000 sq. ft., both located at KIADB Aerospace Park, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Lloyds Metals and Energy – The company has completed the acquisition of a 49.99% stake in Thriveni Pellets from Adler Industrial Services and Thriveni Earthmovers. The company also announced the allotment of 19,57,458 equity shares at Rs 1,460.50 per share, valued at Rs 285.88 crore, on a preferential basis to Adler Industrial Services, a promoter shareholder of Thriveni Pellets.

Rubiscon Research – The company’s subsidiary, Advagen Holdings Inc., has entered into a definitive agreement with GEn1E Lifesciences Inc. to acquire Series Prime Preferred Stock in tranches, for up to $3 million. The transaction is a minority investment in Gen1E, relating to the development of pharmaceutical products.

Jain Resource Recycling – Q2FY26 Result: Revenue surged 51.8% to Rs 2,113.7 crore Vs Rs 1,392.1 crore. Profit zoomed 77.7% to Rs 99.2 crore vs Rs 55.8 crore. The company signed a Joint Venture Agreement with C&Y Group Investments, Inc. for a recycling and manufacturing facility in Gujarat.

Manali Petrochem – The company’s subsidiary, AMCHEM, has entered into a share purchase agreement with Coim S.p.A. to sell its entire stake in Notedome Ltd, UK.

Gulshan Polyols – The company has secured an order worth Rs 1,185 crore to supply ethanol to Oil Marketing Companies under the Ethanol Blended Petrol Programme.
