Suraj Estate Q2FY26 Profit Up 4% YoY on 42% Rise in Pre-Sales; Revenue Climbs 33%, Shares Gain 4.68%

Mumbai, October 28, 2025 – Suraj Estate Developers Limited (BSE: 544054, NSE: SURAJEST) delivered a robust financial and operational performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, underpinned by the launch of new projects in South-Central Mumbai, which aided sales and profit growth. Key Financial Highlights
For Q2FY26, the company reported total income of ₹145.4 crore, a growth of 9.2% quarter on quarter from ₹133.1 crore in Q1FY26, and a growth of 32.6% year on year from ₹109.6 crore during the published Q2FY25 period. EBITDA for the company for the quarter was ₹65.6 crore, a sequential increase of 30.4% from ₹50.4 crore, and an increase of 2.5% from ₹64.0 crore in Q1FY25. EBITDA margin was reported at 45.1%, compared to 37.7% in the Q1FY26 quarter.
Profit after tax reported in the quarter was ₹33.1 crore, a quarter-on-quarter increase of 55.5% from ₹21.3 crore, and a year-on-year increase of 4% from ₹31.8 crore in Q2FY25. PAT margin was reported at 22.8%, which reflects improvement from 16% in Q1FY26, and slightly lower than 29% in the previous year quarter. The improvement in income and profitabilty are resulted from operational efficiencies and good project execution.
Operational Performance
During the quarter, pre-sales reached ₹152.9 crore, an increase of 88.8% sequentially from ₹81 crore in Q1FY26 and 42.4% higher compared to ₹107.4 crore in Q2FY25. The company sold a total carpet area of 34,875 square feet, more than doubling from 16,524 square feet in the previous quarter and up 57.1% year-on-year from 22,201 square feet.
The strong performance was primarily attributed to the successful launches of Suraj Aureva in Prabhadevi and Suraj Parkview 1 in Dadar (W), both of which achieved over 40% inventory sales during the quarter.
Business Updates
- Suraj Aureva, with a saleable area of 0.24 lakh sq ft and GDV of ₹120 crore, achieved 39% sales.
- Suraj Parkview (Dadar W), with 0.53 lakh sq ft saleable area and GDV of ₹250 crore, recorded 42% inventory sold.
- The company has secured building plans and MOEF approvals for its upcoming Mahim (W) commercial project, which is nearing commencement certification.
- Acquired additional land at Lower Parel, expanding the Ambavat Bhavan & RK Mansion project to 0.32 lakh sq ft with a combined GDV of ₹130 crore.
