Seven SME IPOs including M R Maniveni Foods, Q-Line Biotech, Autofurnish, Vegorama Punjabi Angithi and Bio Medica Laboratories are scheduled to open this week across the BSE SME and NSE SME platforms.

Mumbai, May 18: A packed SME primary market calendar is lined up for the week beginning May 19, 2026, with several companies from food products, biotech, automobile accessories, diagnostics and infrastructure segments preparing to open their public issues. Exchange schedules and issue documents filed with the BSE SME and NSE SME platforms show that at least seven SME IPOs are set to hit the market during the week.
The upcoming offerings range from smaller fixed-price issues to larger book-built public offerings exceeding ₹200 crore in size. Most of the companies are raising fresh capital to fund expansion plans, working capital needs, debt reduction or general corporate purposes, according to prospectus disclosures.
Teamtech Formwork Solutions IPO Opens May 19
Teamtech Formwork Solutions will begin the SME IPO calendar this week with its public issue opening on May 19, 2026, and closing on May 21, 2026. The company plans to raise around ₹50.15 crore through a book-built issue.
The IPO has been priced in a band of ₹61 to ₹63 per share, while the lot size has been fixed at 2,000 shares. Based on the upper end of the price band, a retail investor would need to apply for at least ₹2.52 lakh.
According to the issue structure, the offering consists entirely of a fresh issue of approximately 75.60 lakh shares excluding the market maker reservation. The company is scheduled to list on the NSE SME platform, with tentative listing expected on May 26, 2026.
Book-built IPOs allow investors to bid within a specified price range instead of subscribing at a fixed issue price. The final issue price is determined after evaluating demand generated during the subscription period.
Harikanta Overseas And Vegorama Punjabi Angithi IPOs Open May 20
Harikanta Overseas and Vegorama Punjabi Angithi are both scheduled to open for subscription on May 20, 2026.
Harikanta Overseas is launching a ₹25.63 crore book-built issue on the BSE SME platform. The company has fixed a price band of ₹91 to ₹96 per share, with applications required in lots of 1,200 shares. The issue is entirely a fresh issue, according to the prospectus.
The IPO is expected to close on May 22, 2026, while tentative listing has been scheduled for May 27, 2026.
Vegorama Punjabi Angithi, meanwhile, is looking to raise around ₹38.38 crore through a combination of fresh issue and offer-for-sale components. The price band has been fixed at ₹73 to ₹77 per share.
Unlike a pure fresh issue where funds flow directly to the company, an offer-for-sale component allows existing shareholders to sell part of their holdings through the IPO route. Proceeds from the OFS portion go to the selling shareholders instead of the company.
The Vegorama Punjabi Angithi IPO also closes on May 22, 2026, and is expected to list on the BSE SME platform on May 27, 2026.
Q-Line Biotech Leads The Week’s Largest SME IPO
Q-Line Biotech is set to launch one of the largest SME public offerings of the week with an issue size of approximately ₹214.48 crore.
The IPO opens on May 21, 2026, and closes on May 25, 2026. The company has fixed a price band of ₹326 to ₹343 per share, with a minimum application size of 400 shares.
Based on the upper end of the issue price, the minimum retail application amount works out to around ₹2.74 lakh. The issue consists entirely of a fresh issue of shares.
Exchange schedules indicate that the company plans to list on the NSE SME platform on May 29, 2026, subject to completion of allotment and regulatory formalities.
The biotechnology sector has continued to attract investor interest in the SME segment over the past few quarters, particularly among companies involved in diagnostics, healthcare products and specialty research services.
Autofurnish IPO To Open on May 21 As Fixed Price Issue
Autofurnish will open its SME IPO for subscription on May 21, 2026, through the fixed-price route.
The company aims to raise approximately ₹14.60 crore through a fresh issue. Unlike book-built issues where investors bid within a range, fixed-price IPOs are offered at a predetermined issue price. Autofurnish has fixed its IPO price at ₹41 per share.
The lot size for the issue has been fixed at 3,000 shares, translating into a minimum retail investment of roughly ₹2.46 lakh.
The issue is expected to close on May 25, 2026, and list on the BSE SME platform on May 29, 2026.
Bio Medica Laboratories IPO Includes OFS Component
Bio Medica Laboratories is also entering the market this week with a ₹52.43 crore IPO opening on May 21, 2026.

According to the issue structure, the fresh issue component aggregates to around ₹47.19 crore, while the OFS portion accounts for approximately ₹5.24 crore.
The IPO closes on May 25, 2026, and is proposed to list on the NSE SME platform on May 29, 2026.
The company has fixed a lot size of 1,000 shares, taking the minimum retail application amount to nearly ₹2.78 lakh at the upper end of the issue price.
