Objectives of the Proceeds 

• The company plans to utilize ₹297.86 Lakhs for augmenting its leadership team and ₹2,016.52 Lakhs for its subsidiaries, totaling ₹2,314.38 Lakhs. 

• ₹115.32 Lakhs will be allocated for upgrading the company’s IT infrastructure, and ₹529.32 Lakhs for its subsidiaries, totaling ₹644.64 Lakhs. 

• ₹545.94 Lakhs will be used for the repayment and/or pre-payment of borrowings related to the purchase of office premises.
