Mumbai, 13 August 2025: BlueStone Jewellery Ltd’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) has received subscription applications of of 1.15 times by 4 p.m. of Day 3

Retail Investors Lead Day 3 Subscription with Applications Worth ₹149.88 Crore

Retail investors applied for 28,99,043 shares, nearly matching the total shares on offer of 29,79,980 shares, amounting to ₹149.88 crore. Retail participation is the main contributor to the overall subscription of 0.71 times as of 11:49 AM.

QIBs and NII Participation Recorded at 0.84 Times and 0.27 Times Respectively

QIBs excluding anchor investors have applied for 75,02,387 shares against 89,39,939 shares on offer, totaling ₹387.87 crore. The NII segment recorded 0.27 times subscription, with large NII (bids above ₹10 lakh) at 0.33 times and small NII (bids below ₹10 lakh) at 0.16 times, submitting bids valued at ₹50.16 crore and ₹12.41 crore, respectively. Anchor investors have subscribed fully with 1,34,09,910 shares, worth ₹693.29 crore.

Day-Wise Subscription Trend Shows Gradual Increase Across Segments

  • Day 1 (Aug 11, 2025): Total subscription 39 times; retail at 0.39 times, NII at 0.04 times, QIB at 0.57 times.
  • Day 2 (Aug 12, 2025): Total subscription 66 times; retail at 0.75 times, NII at 0.23 times, QIB at 0.84 times.
  • Day 3 (Aug 13, 2025, as of 11:49 AM): Total subscription 71 times, retail at 0.97 times, NII at 0.27 times, QIB at 0.84 times.

BlueStone Jewellery IPO Structure and Timelines

The IPO is a book-built issue of ₹1,540.65 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 1.59 crore shares worth ₹820 crore and an offer for sale of 1.39 crore shares worth ₹720.65 crore. The price band is ₹492 to ₹517 per share, with a lot size of 29 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,268 for retail investors.
