CSM Technologies IPO: 1.29 Crore Fresh Equity Shares to Fund Working Capital, Debt Reduction

September 26, 2025, Mumbai – CSM Technologies Limited, based in Bhubaneswar, has filed draft papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to generate a fresh issue of up to 1.29 crore equity shares of face value ₹10 each through an initial public offering (IPO). The issue will be listed on stock exchanges, including both the NSE and the BSE. Keynote Financial Services is the book-running lead manager, and KFin Technologies will act as the registrar.
CSM Technologies IPO Structure and Allocation
The IPO is a totally new issue with no offer for sale component. 1,29,01,000 new shares will be issued, expanding the post-issue equity base to 5.16 crore shares from the current 3.87 crore shares. The allocation to investors will be governed by SEBI regulations, which stipulate that no more than 50% can be allocated to qualified institutional buyers, at least 35% to retail investors, and at least 15% to non-institutional investors. There may also be a portion reserved for employees.
CSM Technologies IPO Use of Proceeds
Of the total subscription money, the company intends to allocate ₹5,300 lakh towards working capital needs and ₹2,588 lakh for repayment or prepayment of existing borrowings. The balance of the proceeds will be used for inorganic growth opportunities and general corporate purposes. This capital raise will be undertaken to reduce financing costs while adding to cash liquidity.
CSM Technologies IPO Financial Performance
CSM Technologies announced consolidated revenue from operations of ₹19,924.42 lakh in FY25 compared to ₹19,671.05 lakh in FY24 and ₹16,043.87 lakh in FY23. Profit After Tax stood at ₹1,408.65 lakh in FY25, and net worth improved to ₹7,617.97 lakh while borrowings were at ₹3,217.24 lakh.
CSM Technologies IPO Promoter Holding and Strategy
The promoters, Priyadarshi Pany and Lagna Panda, currently own 94.90 percent of the shares, which will decrease after the issue. The company is seeking to strengthen its balance sheet and expand its presence in the GovTech sector, as well as across various areas of digital transformation.
