Cyient DLM Shares Fall 4.6% as Q2FY26 Revenue Declines 20% YoY Despite Strong Order Growth

Hyderabad, October 15, 2025: Shares of cLtd (NSE: CYIENTDLM) slipped 4.6% to ₹446 on Wednesday as of 12:36 PM, reacting to a 20.2% year-on-year (YoY) decline in revenue for the September quarter, even as the company reported robust order inflows and steady profitability.
Cyient DLM Ltd, a subsidiary of Cyient Limited, provides design-led manufacturing solutions to high-reliability industries, including Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, and Medical electronics. Incorporated in 1993, the company is listed on both NSE and BSE.
Q2FY26 Financial Performance
Cyient DLM reported its Q2FY26 financial results, posting revenue of ₹311 crore, up 11.6% sequentially but down 20.2% year-on-year. The company maintained an EBITDA of ₹31.2 crore, with margins holding steady at 10%.
Normalised profit after tax (PAT) came in at ₹12.6 crore, rising 68% quarter-on-quarter but declining 18.7% YoY, while reported PAT jumped 108% YoY to ₹32.2 crore, supported by one-off other income gains. Cyient DLM generated a free cash flow of ₹27 crore during the quarter, reflecting stable operational cash generation despite the YoY revenue dip. The company also generated ₹27 crore in free cash flow, marking its fourth consecutive quarter of positive cash generation despite one-time land acquisition costs.
Strong Order Intake and Customer Expansion
Cyient DLM’s H1FY26 order intake crossed ₹1,000 crore, reflecting a 130% YoY growth, underscoring strong demand momentum. The firm added two key strategic customers this quarter, a Japanese eVTOL manufacturer and an EV charging solutions provider, strengthening its presence in the fast-growing electric mobility ecosystem.
“Our profitability has improved significantly this quarter, reflecting disciplined execution and strategic choices. The order intake growth and large-deal pipeline will drive future expansion,” said Rajendra Velagapudi, MD & CEO, Cyient DLM Ltd.
