Dhoot Transmission IPO saw strong demand on Day 3, with overall subscription at 7.02x by 10:58 AM, driven by NII/HNI bids of 22.08x.

Mumbai, August 12: Dhoot Transmission IPO entered the final day of bidding with demand firmly tilted towards non-institutional investors. By 10:58 AM on August 12, the ₹3,066.89 crore issue had been subscribed 7.02 times overall, with investors bidding for 17,32,94,413 shares against 2,46,75,390 shares on offer.
The issue opened on August 10 and closes today, August 12, 2026. The NII/HNI portion was the clear standout, receiving bids worth 22.08 times the shares reserved for the category. Retail investors had subscribed 4.24 times, while the QIB portion excluding anchor investors stood at 0.63 times.
The momentum built steadily across the three-day bidding period. The IPO was subscribed 0.62 times on Day 1 and 3.99 times on Day 2.

As of 10:58:37 AM, the Dhoot Transmission IPO had received 26,82,212 applications. The NII/HNI segment recorded the highest subscription among the main investor categories, while the retail portion was also comfortably above full subscription.

Within the NII/HNI segment, the bNII portion was subscribed 24.03 times, compared with 18.19 times for sNII. The employee quota was subscribed 4.66 times.
The QIB category remained below one-time subscription at the latest update, with bids covering 0.63 times the shares available after excluding the anchor portion.

The subscription figures show how sharply demand increased after the first day. NII/HNI subscription moved from 1.02 times on Day 1 to 10.87 times on Day 2 and then to 22.08 times by the Day 3 morning update.

Retail subscription also picked up pace, rising from 0.76 times on the opening day to 3.05 times on Day 2 and 4.24 times by the latest Day 3 update.

Dhoot Transmission is engaged in the manufacture of automotive components, with its product portfolio including wiring harnesses, junction boxes, sensors, switches and other electrical and electronic systems used in vehicles.
The company is raising funds through both a fresh issue and an offer for sale. At the upper end of the price band, the issue carries a market capitalisation of approximately ₹17,816.14 crore.
With the bidding period ending on August 12, the basis of allotment is scheduled for August 13. Refunds and credit of shares are expected on August 14, followed by the proposed listing on August 17, 2026.
