Pune, September 9, 2025 – Force Motors Ltd (BSE: 500033) will trade ex dividend on September 10, 2025. The company had declared a ₹40 per share dividend, which is 100% more than the company announced in FY24, marking the highest-ever dividend reward for the shareholders.
Stock Price Movement
The market reacted positively to the update as the share jumped by almost 4% during the early morning trade on Tuesday. At 10:30 AM, the share traded at ₹17710 (3.99% up from the previous day’s close). The stock had plunged earlier after the GST reforms had little impact on the company’s diesel offerings. Despite the volatile week, the stock has surged more than 41.50% in the past three months. The company’s P/E ratio is 26.06 compared to the industrial average of 27.85. The trade volume by 10:30 AM was close to 60000 shares.
Dividend History Snapshot
The company has consistently paid dividends in the past couple of decades. However, the payout of ₹40 (for the current financial year) is an unprecedented reward for the shareholders. The previous best was for FY 24 when the dividend was ₹20 per share. Before that, the dividend payout was consistently between ₹3 and ₹10 per share.
Implications for the Investors
The investors will receive a high reward for their consistent alignment with the company, as it is the highest ever dividend payout by Force Motors. The overall yield would be double that of the previous year, and income-conscious customers will be attracted to the stock because the company has been financially strong and has a tradition of rewarding shareholders.
